How to Calculate Sewing Line Efficiency or Factory Sewing Efficiency?

How to Calculate Sewing Line Efficiency or Factory Sewing Efficiency?

In general Efficiency is the percentage of output to input ratio.

       Output or Used Time

Efficiency = ------------------------------- X 100 %

                    Input or Available Time

       Output x SMV

Sewing Efficiency =  --------------------  X 100 %

                                Available Time

                         Output x SMV

        = ----------------------------------------------- X 100 %

                                  Total Used Man x Working Hr x 60

Note: SMV = Time required in min to complete 1 piece body.
